Still No Service

So-o-o-o, DirecTV has put back a small amount to my cu account, ($168), but the rest they credited to my DirecTV account which leaves me with a good size credit balance. However, there is still no service on my TV. No matter what channel I select, I get the message, "There is no subscription for this channel." Not even the local channels; none of the ones that are highlighted on the Guide are really there.

I have to wonder, just what good this credit is doing me.
